All orders are sent via Australia post from our showroom/office in Byron Bay, NSW Australia.
AUSTRALIA  $10 EXPRESS POST ( 2 - 4 WORKING DAYS )  with FREE SHIPPING OVER $150
NEW ZEALAND $16 REGISTERED POST ( 5 - 7 WORKING DAYS ) with FREE SHIPPING OVER $250
USA $22 REGISTERED POST ( 5 - 10 WORKING DAYS ) with FREE SHIPPING OVER $250
REST OF WORLD $30 REGISTERED POST ( 5 - 10 WORKING DAYS ) with FREE SHIPPING OVER $250
All orders are processed and shipped the following working day. Posting Monday to Friday ( excluding public holidays ). A tracking number will be sent to you via a confirmed shipping email once your order has been sent. You can then track the progress of your order online.

If you are unhappy with your purchased size, we will happily exchange for a different size. As we work in smaller quantities, if by chance we are sold out in your required size we can then offer a refund.

Please let us know your intentions with 7 days of delivery and return within this time frame. Postage to return the production is at buyers cost, but we will pay for new exchange delivery.
